Guarantee on meters is for 30 days after shipping. Guarantee is that the meter will operate in the
manner in which it was reasonably intended by the manufacturer, absent any
physical mistreatment.
* The guarantee on meters broken in shipment is for 3 days after
the receipt of the meter.
SHIPPING:
The charge for shipping to USA is based upon the weight and the distance (we
are located near Sacramento, CA). The weight used for each meter is 1 pound,
except the "ruggedized" meters are calculated at 2 pounds each. The buyer pays for any insurance, and must tell
us the amount of coverage, otherwise there is no
shipping insurance. If there is a claim on the shipping insurance, the buyer
processes the claim.

For meters, buyer needs to state the inventory number and the
price, (Inventory number is in the leftmost
column, the price is in the adjacent column.)
It is important to state the ZIP code to where the buyer wants the order
to be shipped.
The reply to an email order will state the availability, shipping
charges and total. Shipments expected to
be in California, will include sales tax at 8.25%.
PAYMENT: There are two ways of paying. Much preferred is through PayPal, which
includes checks, and credit cards. The
only other way is by US or International Postal Money Order. Payment should be completed within 7 working
days from the date that our responding email is sent addressed to the buyer. Orders exceeding $50 may be picked up in
Auburn, CA, if paid in full prior to making the, one time, appointment for picking
up.
