TERMS FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF USA

THESE ARE THE ONLY TERMS FOR SHIPPING OUT OF THE USA.

By requesting shipment outside of the USA, the buyer is agreeing to these terms.

The terms are:
If shipment will be through USPS (United States Postal Service), after I receive payment of the purchase price, I will pack the item(s) and take the package to the post office to determine how much the postage will be; also the cost amount of insurance coverage that the buyer wishes to buy. (The buyer, only, will have to determine the provisions of such insurance). I will then inform the buyer of the shipping (and insurance?) cost, and ship as soon as I receive this additional payment for the shipping costs.

[If the shipping is to be by other than USPS, then the buyer must arrange and pay for all shipping and insurance, if any; and must arrange for pick up of the item from here.]

If I am to buy USPS insurance for the Buyer, I must be told the dollar amount of coverage wanted. Buyer must determine first if insurance is available. If insured, and if there is a claim, Buyer has the total responsibility of processing any claim, as I will do no more than agree that buyer may process the claim and receive all benefits.

There is absolutely no guarantee or promise by me that goods shipped out of the USA will arrive, or the condition that the goods are in when and if they arrive.

[If the carrier is other than USPS, ANY and ALL forms to be completed for customs, or the carrier, must be obtained and be fully completed by BUYER, and sent with payment. I will do no more than sign customs forms if they are accurate and truthful.]

I will not lie to customs.

These terms are very harsh terms, and I certainly recommend that any Buyer outside USA have items shipped to their agent in the USA, and for that agent to forward to the Buyer.
